Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager is a key role within the AccorHotel team, responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar. This position requires a strong leader who can direct the F&B team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage costs, uphold menu standards, and control inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the F&B team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently, with customers satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
  • Give attention to detail, ensuring the work environment is a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained space.
  • Involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Work duty manager shifts as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, with basic math proficiency for handling transactions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety practices, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
