Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct daily financial administrative tasks, including stock management and end-of-month reporting.
- Work duty manager shifts as required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of team management.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, with a focus on quality and presentation.
