About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a branded hotel in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the teams in the restaurant, bar, and M&E rooms
  • Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards and implement improvements
  • Drive staff training to the highest level, focusing on customer service and food safety
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a F&B Manager in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of operations, including food safety and hygiene
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong knowledge and passion for food and drink, with a focus on menu development and innovation
