Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our restaurant and bar teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant and bar staff to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in our restaurants and bars.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
