Job Title: HSE & Facilities Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE & Facilities Advisor to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our site HSE Pillar Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of company Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and embed ISO requirements through the Intersnack Work System (IWS) HSE Pillar at site level.
  • Conduct accident and incident investigations to identify corrective and preventative actions, and deliver site trainings to ensure compliance.
  • Support the site HSE Lead with regulatory authorities and insurers on matters such as Fire Risk Assessments, RIDDOR reporting, Emergency Planning, Discharge consents & Improvement Plans.
  • Manage the site's day-to-day facilities requirements, including ordering PPE and office supplies, budget control, and credit card management.
  • Carry out site audits in facilities areas and conduct KPI reviews with third-party companies.
Requirements:
  • Health and safety professional with good manufacturing experience.
  • Nebosh Health and Safety Certificate preferred.
  • Environmental Qualification - IEMA Certificate desired.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety and Environment legislation/law and how it is practically applied.
  • Good influencing skills and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork at site and regional levels.
