About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Southeast, covering Kent and Essex, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all sites are maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and health and safety, while maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and the general public.
  • Carry out both planned and reactive tasks on a wide variety of surfaces, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works, and provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities, and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
  • Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or in a customer-facing role.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Cleaning requirements.
  • A full UK driving licence.
