Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance Specialist
Location: UK
Pay rate: £12.28 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary position
Hours: 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday

About the Role:
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including painting doors and sweeping/blowing leaves.
- Deliver parcels and unload deliveries.
- Hold keys to open and close doors and assist with event setup.
- Basic IT skills required.
- Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties, such as fire alarm and refuge point alarm testing, and completion of job sheet allocations.
Requirements:
- Basic DIY skills required.
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
