Experienced Caretaker required to work with leading housing association's maintenance divison in Canterbury.

My client one of the UK's largest and prestigious housing associations maintenance divison is looking to recruit an experienced, professional and skilled Caretaker to join their growing and ambitious team.

Work will include basic building maintenance, gardening, removals and cleaning. ie. touch ups, lightbulbs, grounds maintenance and more.

Their team is friendly, focused and passionate about getting the work completed right the first time

Pay rate: 13.05 per hour

Hours: 8.00am pm - 40 hours per week

Dates: ASAP start

Duation: Until end of September

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence, previous experience in caretaking / handyman work is essential.
