Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Assistant to join our team at New Appointment Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business centers in East Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on plant equipment and ensure walkways and fire exits are clear and tidy
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required, including cleaning, painting, and other duties
  • Conduct health and safety checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites
