Industrial Process Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Industrial Process Engineering team.

The Manufacturing Engineering function is key to influencing how we design, manufacture and assemble products, ensuring industrial maturity, efficiency, quality, and sustainability throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Industrial Process Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of best practice results and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing engineering strategies and policies to improve operational performance.
  • Drive transformation projects to enhance our industrial capabilities and increase competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and ensure compliance with processes and other regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/manufacturing discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior manufacturing role, preferably from the Engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and experience with industrial toolsets such as MRP/ERP/Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Previous experience in military manufacturing or similar high-volume industrial activity.
