Position Overview

In the capacity of Engineering Manager for Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire industrial process engineering domain and providing direction to a varied team. Your role will encompass driving adherence to processes, fostering innovation, and promoting continuous improvement to elevate our manufacturing capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance across our operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Guide the Industrial Process Engineering team towards achieving optimal results and fostering continuous improvement
  • Formulate and execute manufacturing engineering strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
  • Lead transformation initiatives to boost competitiveness and streamline performance
  • Engage with stakeholders to guarantee adherence to processes and regulatory standards
  • Oversee budget management and prepare proposals for capital expenditures

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related manufacturing field
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing within the engineering industry
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and industrial tools
  • Experience in change management and effective communication skills

  • Understanding of lean principles and experience in supply chain management
  • Background in high-volume manufacturing environments
