Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with a wide array of customers, promoting excellence in customer service. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the in-store experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and encouraged to return. You will be proactive in identifying customer needs and providing tailored styling advice, contributing positively to store performance through your dedication and hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by adhering to the Moss Essential Steps of Service, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized through active engagement and personalized recommendations.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by striving for high productivity and contributing to business goals through every customer interaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all services offered, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship from Store, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify external opportunities for improving store performance and enhancing customer service based on feedback.
  • Assist management with stockroom organization and back area maintenance, ensuring adherence to stock and cash control procedures.
  • Utilize the appointment platform effectively to manage customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications for Success:

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of product features and benefits available in-store.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including cash handling and inventory management.
