As a member of a focused sales group, you will collaborate with 6 other Sales Consultants, emphasizing teamwork and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients. Under the mentorship of our General Sales Manager, you will have the chance to refine your skills and advance your career within the automotive sector.
Our Automotive Sales Consultants play a crucial role in thoroughly understanding customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through multiple communication channels
- Suggest appropriate vehicles tailored to client preferences
- Coordinate and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing for sales
- Complete all required sales paperwork
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry. A results-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.
Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the automotive field are beneficial but not essential, as we are open to welcoming new talent. A valid UK driving license is a prerequisite for this position.
