As an Automotive Sales Professional at Lookers Shrewsbury Mercedes-Benz, you will be part of a hard-working and friendly team. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide first-class customer service.

You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Reporting to Phil Drakely (General Sales Manager), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.

Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets, so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
