Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Availability to work during peak periods, including holidays and special events.
