About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Poundstretcher Ltd. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Review sales performance and implement measures to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the profitability of the store.
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate staff to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including health and safety protocols.
