Position Overview

The role of a Senior HR Advisor is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of the Human Resources department. This position involves providing expert HR support to leadership while ensuring the seamless execution of various HR functions. The selected candidate will be instrumental in offering strategic HR counsel, establishing robust HR policies, and fostering initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic HR advice to executive management.

  • Direct recruitment and selection activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience as a senior HR Advisor and hold a full MCIPD qualification (Level 5) or its equivalent. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and case handling is essential.
