Branch Manager Opportunity

Alliance Automotive Group is a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the independent aftermarket in various countries. We service independent repairers, body shops, auto centers, fast-fit companies, and end consumers through a network of national and regional logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and achieve targets while ensuring first-class service to all customers.
  • Drive the branch team to focus on great customer service and communication while achieving sales and promotional targets.
  • Manage and control branch and running costs, including stock control, cash handling, and customer accounts.
  • Support senior management in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Communicate key aims and objectives to the team.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead from the front and create a team environment.
  • Sales-focused with a can-do attitude.
