Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing the team to achieve sales growth and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales Growth: Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Team Support: Act as first-line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to deliver success and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement.
