About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager Assistant to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and driving success in our Building Merchants business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to sales growth by gaining a deep understanding of the local market and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Branch Manager in leading and developing the team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
