Building Services and Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates and Campus Services team as a Building Services and Maintenance Engineer Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop industry knowledge in a world-class University setting.
As a valued team member, you will work closely with an experienced team of professionals across campus, responding to emergencies and proactively improving our facilities. You will gain knowledge and develop experience in the following key areas:
- General HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Making adjustments to mechanical plant using the School's Building Management System (BMS)
- Plumbing works and drainage management
- Roof and gulley inspections and maintenance
- General electrical works and installations
- Assisting other team members with small works and projects
This 4-year apprenticeship program will provide you with an in-depth introduction to the Education sector, while building industry knowledge and professional networks. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our team.
