Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer - Building Services to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on site plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Carry out maintenance on AHUs/FCUs/split AC systems, plant room checks, and general fabric maintenance when needed
  • Log all works carried out using online logging tool
  • Support wider shift team with larger maintenance works
  • Liaise and escort subcontractors around the site
  • Build and maintain good relationships with end clients and building/facility managers

Requirements

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating
  • 18th Edition
  • Building services maintenance experience (2 years +)
  • Able to communicate well on emails and face to face
