Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Data & Documentation Administrator to join our dynamic team at Union Bancaire Privee. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Efficiently open and close client accounts, ensuring timely processing.
  • E-Banking Setup: Establish and maintain clients' electronic banking services.
  • Database Maintenance: Oversee the client database, including compliance monitoring.
  • Reporting: Generate reports for Compliance, Wealth Management, and Tax Departments.
  • Documentation: Take minutes and submit necessary documentation to the Account Opening Committee.
  • Payment Authorization: Authorize payments and account instructions, ensuring compliance with account conditions.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Submission of a CV is required.
  • Strong keyboard skills.
  • References are necessary.
