Job Description

**Job Title:** Site Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our site teams and subcontractors in undertaking refurbishment programmes for medium-rise residential blocks. The successful candidate will be accountable for the management and planning of sub-contract labour, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Project Management:** Lead site teams and subcontractors in undertaking refurbishment programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • **Site Management:** Manage and coordinate site activities, including the planning and execution of works, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and policies.
  • **Quality Control:** Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that works meet the required standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • **Health and Safety:** Enforce health and safety procedures and policies, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • **Welfare Facilities:** Manage the welfare facilities on site, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:** Proven experience in site management, construction project coordination, or a related field.
  • **Qualifications:** SMSTS, CSCS Card, and a full UK driving licence.
  • **Skills:** IT skills, including the Microsoft Office package, and knowledge of EWI/external cladding replacement and fire compliance works in a residential tower block setting.
