We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Ipsum, a leading provider of power and electrical solutions.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Ipsum client sites, working closely with our Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the direction of projects, ensuring that client specifications and requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction personnel, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients, other construction professionals, and members of the public to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly.
  • Carry out site inductions, safety inspections, and quality control procedures to ensure that sites are safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Prepare site reports and update the site safety file to ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.

Requirements

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme card.
  • First Aid at work (or willing to be trained).
  • CSCS manager's card.
  • Previous site management experience working in the utilities sector.
  • Experience with CDM regulations.
  • Experience in civil construction.
  • Mechanical and Electrical or Construction industry experience.
