About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible. As an Advanced Support Worker, you'll work closely with our service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and choice
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and services
