About the Role:

As an Advanced Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and support.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
