This role is crucial in extending our established Support Coordination services into new regions, continuing our tradition of excellence and personalized care.
About the RoleAs a Support Coordinator with Flourish Support Services, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of NDIS participants. Understanding the unique needs and aspirations of our clients is key. In this role, you will:
- Offer expert guidance and support to participants, helping them navigate and maximize their NDIS plans
- Act as a bridge between service providers, health professionals, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure effective communication and integration of services
- Prepare comprehensive reports and assist in planning reviews, ensuring strategies are aligned with participant goals
- Manage and oversee the judicious use of NDIS budgets, ensuring funds are utilized effectively to meet participant needs
We have multiple positions available, including hybrid and work-from-home arrangements. We are open to applicants seeking part-time, full-time, or ABN contractor work.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will be passionate, adaptable, and driven to make a positive impact. We are looking for:
- An ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex support needs
- A driven and energetic approach, committed to achieving outstanding results
- Superior communication skills for clear and empathetic interactions
- A current driver's license is essential
- A roadworthy, registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- Experience in the NDIS sector is preferred
- Mandatory Working with Children and Criminal Record Checks or a willingness to obtain them
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check is essential or a willingness to acquire it
