Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Support Worker to join our team. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with complex needs to lead fulfilling lives
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication
  • Ability to connect with individuals and promote independence
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support
