We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching and Learning Assistant. This role will involve supporting pupils across the school, with a focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, emotional and behavioural difficulties, physical and developmental delay.
- Working with children who require additional support to access the curriculum.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children with SEND.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
