Job Title: Social Services Support Worker

P3 Charity is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our team is dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals affected by homelessness in Derbyshire.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to work with our team as a Social Services Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting people into appropriate housing and providing follow-on support to help them sustain their tenancy, promote independence and overcome barriers that may have been the triggers to their homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles.
  • Help people access services that support needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health.
  • Provide full training and support to enable candidates to excel in their role.

Requirements:
  • Friendly, proactive, approachable, and non-judgmental with a desire to help and change someone's life.
  • Flexibility is required as the Outreach shifts will be dependent on the need in the geographical area at the time.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
