Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of firefighters and supporting them in providing emergency services to the community.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure that we are providing the best possible services to our customers. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve our response times and overall performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best performance.

The estimated salary for this position is £94,581 per annum.
