Job Description

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for creating an APQP-based quality system for manufacturing, specifying and acquiring dimensional measurement tools, and investigating customer returns. You'll also monitor the production cycle, inspect procedures, and maintain records of testing and information.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  2. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance product quality.
  5. Maintain accurate records of testing, information, and metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Quality Control Manager working to ISO 9001 principles.
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, ISIR, DPU, and experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
