Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our exceptional Housekeeping Team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are presented to the highest standard, with a focus on cleanliness, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the cleaning and set up of 10 guest rooms to Leading Hotels of the World standard, per day
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security standards
  • Communicate with and assist work colleagues in a polite and helpful manner
  • Work in partnership with the Supervisory team to ensure rooms are presented to the highest standard on a consistent basis
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years previous hotel experience in a 4 or 5 star property
  • Ability to communicate through English with colleagues to a sufficient level
  • Drive and energy to clean up to 10 guest rooms per day
