Housekeeping Team

The Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation units, public areas, and office spaces. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning duties in accommodation units, including stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the village.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Awareness of general standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
