Accommodation Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Manager to lead our housekeeping function at Maldron Hotel Merrion Road. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests experience the highest quality of rooms standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standard of work in the housekeeping department.
  • Delegate room volumes to accommodation/housekeeping employees and develop their skills to ensure they are ready for the next step in their careers.
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure hotel standards are consistently high.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at supervisory level.
  • People leadership and development experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
