Accommodation Supervisor Opportunity at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge. As a key member of our Accommodation Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of rooms and public areas in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the standard of work in the Accommodation Department
  • Lead and direct a team of Accommodation Assistants/Housekeeping Staff
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and HACCP regulations
  • Liaise with the Maintenance Department to maintain high hotel standards
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in an Accommodation Department at supervisory level
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed
