Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at a fantastic four-star hotel in Dublin. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards in accordance with departmental SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with the front office department to ensure accurate communication of room statuses.
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with the team to ensure thorough training.
- Ensure neatness and organization of the office, linen room, floor storage rooms, and trolleys.
- Ensure rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and promptly report maintenance issues.
- Ensure completion of checklists by the linen porter, public area attendant, and night attendant.
- Enforce procedures for the handling of guest lost property.
- Conduct inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Manage ordering and receiving supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
We are looking for a candidate with a leadership background in a 3/4-star quality-oriented hotel in Ireland or the UK. You should have proficiency in English and demonstrated success in elevating standards within a comparable position. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities are essential, as well as proficiency with computers.
