You will become a vital part of our team, helping to maximize revenue by managing the sales and advertising bookings efficiently.

This position is fully remote, with minimal travel to the office required.

Job Responsibilities

Efficiently document information in the internal booking system following team bookings for easy retrieval. Foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative assistance to the management team as needed. Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrate the capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
