Key Responsibilities:
As a complaints team leader, you will guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee team members in providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance, customized to meet the specific needs of customers regarding complaints.
- Ensure team members cultivate and sustain customer trust and confidence through effective complaint resolution, enhancing satisfaction and retention for customers, advisors, and third parties.
- Monitor and assess team performance through thorough quality checks and controls.
- Identify areas for ongoing improvement, advocating for innovative changes that benefit People's Partnership, its members, advisors, and external partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in people management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to collaborate across various business units
- Strong attention to detail
- Empathetic and understanding of customer needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
