Key Responsibilities:
As a complaints team leader, you will guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee team members in providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance, customized to meet the specific needs of customers regarding complaints.
  • Ensure team members cultivate and sustain customer trust and confidence through effective complaint resolution, enhancing satisfaction and retention for customers, advisors, and third parties.
  • Monitor and assess team performance through thorough quality checks and controls.
  • Identify areas for ongoing improvement, advocating for innovative changes that benefit People's Partnership, its members, advisors, and external partners.
