Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team at NatWest.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating customer queries, supporting business processes and procedures, and understanding the needs of our customers and the business.
  • You will work closely with our team to deliver successful outcomes for the business and our customers, responding to customer inquiries and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Additionally, you will support process training and knowledge sharing across the team, working together towards success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer queries, raise issues with relevant parties, and escalate where necessary.
  • Ensure processing is performed accurately and within agreed turn-around times.
  • Monitor and participate in initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and procedures.
  • Review processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of working with AML processes and procedures.
  • Awareness of up-to-date trends, policies, and regulations in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work accurately, to deadlines, and with high levels of attention to detail.
  • Institutional and off-shore banking experience is required.
  • Experience of working in multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
Desirable Skills
  • Customer Due Diligence remediation experience.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and our customers.
  • Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
