Network Operations Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and values-oriented Network Operations Manager to oversee a team delivering Residential and Supported Living Services.

Position: Network Operations Leader

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £43,089.00-£48,445.00 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:

As the Network Operations Leader, you will report directly to the Operations Directors and be responsible for providing effective, values-driven leadership to your team, ensuring the smooth daily operations of services while achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage supported living and residential support services, including Registered Manager duties
  • Ensure that high-quality support is consistently delivered to individuals
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goals
  • Provide leadership that embodies the organization's values to both leadership and staff
  • Collaborate with regional managers and external partners to promote best practices
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Ensure effective management of service vacancies and coordination of referrals and assessments

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who are values-driven with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams in a residential and supported living environment
  • Proven leadership and change management skills
  • Knowledge of regulations and best practices in the residential care sector
  • Experience as a Registered Manager in a comparable setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
