Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the aftersales department.
- Oversee the service, parts, and stock control operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Set financial and growth objectives for the aftersales department and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met.
- Accurately report on dealership performance, in line with group reporting frameworks.
- Develop and roll out a dealership marketing and publicity strategy to support business objectives.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team.
- Professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
- Commitment to the Marshall Values of People, Customers, Integrity, and Innovation.
