WatchHouse Barista Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse St Mary Axe. As a Barista at WatchHouse, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and serving high-quality specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to a high standard, using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the house.
  • Work collaboratively with the House team to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the success of the house by maintaining brand standards and adhering to WatchHouse policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
