About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Spitalfields. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using industry-leading equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
