Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Advance TRS Careers. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our highway projects in the Essex area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for the section, including establishing level and survey control.
  • Manage sections of work and specific subcontractor packages.
  • Liaise with client representatives and designers on design changes.
  • Verify and record delivered materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks in line with inspection and test plans.
  • Maintain calibration documents and check registers for instruments.
  • Record as-built conditions of completed works.
  • Assist in drafting method statements, task briefings, and inspection plans.
  • Ensure personal and team safety, adhering to business management systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous work on infrastructure or civil projects, including earthworks, highways, drainage, or utilities.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with a structured site team.
  • Qualifications: HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
