About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sub Agent. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage site engineering activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources and manage site operations
  • Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for their performance and development
  • Assist with the coordination of construction operations and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
  • Contribute to the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and financial forecasting
  • Manage site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control
Requirements
  • HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Mandatory CSCS and SMSTS certification
  • Proven experience working in highways and site engineering
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and geotechnical management
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
