Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Children's Services Team Leader to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to young people
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of young people

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working in a residential children's services setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and agencies
