Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Children's Services Team Leader to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals who provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of young people
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential children's services setting
  • Strong knowledge of child care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
