Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients, insurers, vendors, and team members across the country.
  • Evaluating policies to ascertain claim eligibility and developing effective claims processing methods.
  • Keeping policyholders updated on claim status through clear and professional correspondence.
  • Initiating new claims, appointing contractors, and maintaining internal records.
  • Processing payments and arranging settlements as required.
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Contributing to team achievements and fostering business expansion.
